This is a Khmer spelling checker developed by PAN Localization and in a stand-alone program or embedded in Microsoft Word 2003 (does not work with newer versions of Word or Windows). While this program gave great hope to having a Khmer spelling checker for Microsoft Word it has failed to provide a viable solution (it is slow, inaccurate, and now out of date). is there a version for Window 7 and MS 2007 or 2010?

How To use this PAN program in 64 bit OS ?
The PAN program is very old – it doesn’t support modern systems.
