I am terribly confused about Khmer Legacy Fonts:
1. how does one determine accurately which font is involved?
in particular, which, of very many, Limon font (S# vs R#, etc)
are they distinct?
can one be reliably converted to another?
I have settled on S2, but am never sure whether or not correct

Hello Charles,
The issue is the converter here is very simple – made for just one font at time.
Many documents use multiple fonts, but it will most likely still work, just you will lose the formatting.

I am not concerned about formatting
I just want to get the Khmer right
I cannot check myself as I am still a novice,
but I notice that if I S2 >> UC >> S2 again >> UC,
the Limon code sometimes changes (~ 5%),
usually not affecting the UC result,
but sometimes a different UC results

In the past when I have converted something I always have to re-check it manually. Every so often there is a problem that the converter wasn’t able to handle.
